Buildings are one of the major energy consumers globally. The climate change and global warming symptoms increasing Green House Gases emis- sions because growing consumption. Majority electricity pro- duced from fossil fuels, coal, which source GHG emission. Here renewable efficient measure consumption reduction can give opportunity to do save our earth by reducing emission level. integrated solution demand environmental impact for build- ing is net zero buildings. This paper reviews NZEBs initiative around world in a different perspective such as passive design building, active approach incudes measures production particularly Further this highlights, optimizing modelling using tools software used imple- menting NZEBs. suggests possible ways implementation its benefits residential, commercial educational buildings various zones recent case studies results.
